In the 50s and 60s, celebrities could often catch a break if they were pulled over by motorcycle cop, Roy Garrett. He would often let celebrities go, in exchange for an autographed photo. One night he was lucky enough to catch Marilyn Monroe speeding. He did not give her a ticket, but received an autographed photo, which read, “To Roy, love and kisses.
