I Ain’t Goin’ Out Like No Punk, Bitch

Below is a re-post that was originally done by Robert Stanford of the airport district In Modesto. I feel it shows the true emotions of the trials of everyday life in America, or even the world. If you look at the raw emotion and feeling put into this writing you can feel the hurt and pain of losing something precious to him and his family. Also of note are the dynamics in play of other stressors and extreme feelings.

I have met this man once in person and many times on line and knew there were some interesting components to him but this goes beyond all that. Take your time and please read between the lines a bit too, and feel his pain. Feel free to go to Roberts page and let him know what you think, the link is below.

I Ain’t Goin’ Out Like No Punk, Bitch

A few days ago, I attended another child’s funeral. This time it was my own grandson. So please, I beg your pardon if I might offend thee, yet I am a bit pissed off as it were. Now that I have been there, I understand. And I also understand that there is a certain amount of freedom when you have nothing left to lose. I intend to exercise some of that freedom in this article now.

Before I begin, in the interest of posterity and hopefully avoiding a lot of explanation to the few intelligent people I may or may not know that will inevitable approach me and inform me, as though they were a parent or school counselor of my inappropriate diction, let me make this disclaimer. First, my use of the word faggot has nothing to do with gays or the gay community in any way – it is just easier to type then cock sucker. Secondly, I really don’t intend to injure or kill anyone, I will leave that to their own karma and pray that I am not there to bear witness because I would have no choice to do anything I could to prevent such a thing. Other than that, Fuck You.

I stood at the graveside and spoke. I can’t remember exactly what I said, but it was certainly not what I meant to say. What I meant to say was that this whole situation has brought me to ask no more than one question, simply this – “Why can’t I catch a fuckin’ break?”.

Of course the misery did not start with the death of my grandchild. It really started with my daughter’s faggot junky old man. A real piece of work. One that prefers to inject a Drano derivative into his veins and thinks this defines manhood.

Check it. Not to mention that he actually goes so far as to blame my daughter for the death of her child without any substantial evidence of any kind and much worse sins that I just really don’t need to go into, since anyone that’s been around the block more than a time or two already knows that this is the same old Fucking story with the same fucking subplots ending and fucking pulp in the middle of it all.

Sitting in opposite pews as though my daughter was some sort of a fucking baby killer, he sauntered over there with his pants hanging off his ass like he was one of the little kids I had not wanted to bury in my recent past. Sporting gangster gear and eliciting the word “Nigga” as though he had the fucking right, he would not even show enough respect to take off sunglasses he obviously was too stupid to realize were women’s glasses when he lifted them from whatever nodded junky there was to lift them from.

Seeing the sides of the earth in which my grandson’s casket would be lowered down, I thought of someone much more deserving to be buried alive in there. If I had only known my thoughts were shared by the boy my daughter should have been with that was there with us that day, I would probably be a lot poorer after having paid off Lakewood Memorial for their cooperation, groundskeeper services and silence. But life is long. For me anyway. And what this faggot can’t possibly realize is that I am one fucking vindictive mother fucker.

Before all of that shit, it was the hardest thing I ever did, to watch my daughter stand before the casket of her child sobbing as though her world had just come to a tragic and abrupt end. Oh, fuck. I guess it had. Something broke inside of me and the priestly austerity went to hell along with my respect for a faith which was never really my own. It was only days before that I had spelled it all out for her. You know, my daughter, Whitney Stanford. That was when Deegan Stanford was still alive. Still the prince of our heritage. I explained to her why I do what I do and have done what I have done. That we must stand up against the NAZI scum bag pigs and others that would destroy us for the gold fillings in her teeth. (Like her old man, that faggot I was telling you about. Mr. Hepstall)

Something snapped. Something gave way. No longer did I feel like it was ok to be polite and hold my tongue when I knew what the reality was. When I knew what the truth was. That all of these faggot mother fuckers that think they got something on me can go fuck themselves. Deegan Stanford was here. Deegan Stanford was mine and now he is gone. Therefore my fucking dues are paid bitches. I can say whatever the fuck I want. What the fuck can you do to me now? That’s right faggots. How do you like me now?

And this woman could not cross path with any of my ex’s…………

Police have arrested Shaynna Sims after they say the 26-year-old walked into a funeral home and sliced open the face of a dead woman who used to date her boyfriend.

According to reports, Sims walked into the Moore Funeral Home last Thursday where the body of a woman she knew was waiting to be interred.

Family members of the deceased woman reported seeing Sims with her hands inside the coffin, and that she quickly withdrew them when they got near.

Those family members notified authorities when they found the dead woman had been vandalized. Her hair had been cut, her makeup smudged and, worst of all, there was a vertical slice to the woman’s face that went from her hairline to the tip of her nose.

Police would locate Sims at the dead woman’s home where, according to the woman’s son, Sims showed up to retrieve jewelry to be used at the funeral. Police would find Sims in the possession of a folding knife with the dead woman’s hair on it, scissors, and a box cutter.

Sims was arrested and charged with illegal dissection of a human body. The mother of two was still in jail on Monday on $20,000 bond. Her next court date is scheduled for Thursday.

No word on why Sims decided to mess up the dead woman’s face, but police say the woman used to date Sims’ boyfriend and described the two as “frenemies.”

This isn’t Sims first brush with the law. In April, she received an 18-month deferred sentence after pleading guilty to assault and battery in a child neglect case.

I have reported on some of the most heinous incidents imaginable over the last 10 years, but for some reason I find the details of this story particularly disturbing. Maybe it’s just the callousness of it.

UPDATE 5-15-2015:

And this story just keeps getting more fucked up. On Thursday, prosecutors charged Sims with unlawful removal of a deceased person’s body part after they say Sims also sliced off the dead woman’s breasts and a toe.

Facebook meltdown of the day……….

A New York City Starbucks employee no longer works for the company after a cell phone video of her screaming at a customer went viral.

Ruby Chen told WNBC-TV that she was trying to pay for a Frappuccino in the Starbucks on Broadway in Elmhurst, Queens, when an employee began shouting at her on May 12. She says the employee accused her of trying to steal a cookie straw and refused to let her purchase the drink she ordered.

She “told me to leave and never go back to the store,” Chen told WNBC.

Another customer took a video of the incident and posted it on Facebook with the caption “too much attitude at Starbuck(s).”

In the video, Chen repeatedly asks for the manager while the employee screams at her.

“You’re talking to the manager,” she says to Chen. “Get out. You’re not going to be served here. Period. Bye.”

Be careful when you look wrong at those cookie straws and are around highly caffeinated people……….

Man wrongly imprisoned for nearly 40 years sues detectives

A man who spent nearly 40 years in prison for a murder he did not commit filed a federal lawsuit on Tuesday against the city of Cleveland and the police officers whom he says helped frame him in 1975.

Ricky Jackson was convicted at age 18 along with two others because of the testimony of a 12-year-old boy. Jackson, 58, was exonerated in November after that witness, a man now in his early 50s, recanted his testimony.

The witness, Eddie Vernon, said in 2013 that police detectives threatened to put his parents in jail and coerced him into implicating Jackson and brothers Wiley and Ronnie Bridgeman in the slaying of salesman Harold Franks outside a corner store.

Jackson and the Bridgemans received death sentences that were later commuted to life in prison. Jackson’s attorneys say their client is believed to have served the longest prison term in the U.S. for someone wrongfully convicted.

The lawsuit alleges that eight officers, including detectives and their supervisors, were involved in framing the three. Some of the officers are now dead.

A statement from the Chicago law firm that filed the lawsuit said Jackson’s mother, father, stepfather and other relatives died while he was incarcerated and that he was assaulted and injured physically while behind bars.

“This lawsuit seeks compensation for that grievous injustice,” attorney Jon Loevy said in the statement. “We now know substantially more about the fallibility of eyewitness identifications. Too many people have been sent to prison wrongfully based on bogus identifications.”

A spokesman said Tuesday that the city of Cleveland doesn’t comment on pending litigation.

In March, the state of Ohio paid Jackson just over $1 million in compensation for the decades he spent in prison.

The lawsuit details how officers coerced Vernon into implicating the men. Vernon has stated, and the lawsuit repeats, that he was on a school bus and heard the fatal gunshots but did not see the shooting itself. Detectives ignored a suspect who had been implicated by informants and his own mother, the lawsuit said. That suspect was convicted a few years later of multiple counts of armed robbery.

Jackson was roughed up during a police interrogation, the lawsuit said. Two detectives “repeatedly put a phone book on Mr. Jackson’s face and other areas of his body and hit him through it so that it would not leave any marks,” the lawsuit said, but Jackson continued to deny he killed anyone.

After Vernon had failed to pick out Jackson and the Bridgemans from a lineup, detectives yelled and screamed at Vernon and threatened to put his father and his ill mother in jail unless he identified the men as Franks’ killer, the lawsuit said.

The lawsuit alleges that detectives helped fabricate Vernon’s trial testimony and falsified investigative reports.

Los Angeles Lifts Its Minimum Wage to $15 Per Hour

The nation’s second-largest city voted Tuesday to increase its minimum wage from $9 an hour to $15 an hour by 2020, in what is perhaps the most significant victory so far for labor groups and their allies who are engaged in a national push to raise the minimum wage.

The increase, which the City Council passed in a 14-to-1 vote, comes as workers across the country are rallying for higher wages and several large companies, including Facebook and Walmart, have moved to raise their lowest wages. Several other cities, including San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle and Oakland, Calif., have already approved increases, and dozens more are considering doing the same. In 2014, a number of Republican-leaning states like Alaska and South Dakota also raised their state-level minimum wages by ballot initiative.

The effect is likely to be particularly strong in Los Angeles, where, according to some estimates, almost 50 percent of the city’s work force earns less than $15 an hour. Under the plan approved Tuesday, the minimum wage will rise over five years.

“The effects here will be the biggest by far,” said Michael Reich, an economist at the University of California, Berkeley, who was commissioned by city leaders to conduct several studies on the potential effects of a minimum-wage increase. “The proposal will bring wages up in a way we haven’t seen since the 1960s. There’s a sense spreading that this is the new norm, especially in areas that have high costs of housing.”

The groups pressing for higher minimum wages said that the Los Angeles vote could set off a wave of increases across Southern California, and that higher pay scales would improve the way of life for the region’s vast low-wage work force.

Supporters of higher wages say they hope the move will reverberate nationally. Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo of New York announced this month that he was convening a state board to consider a wage increase in the local fast-food industry, which could be enacted without a vote in the State Legislature. Immediately after the Los Angeles vote, pressure began to build on Mr. Cuomo to reject an increase that falls short of $15 an hour.

“The L.A. increase nudges it forward,” said Dan Cantor, the national director of the Working Families Party, which was founded in New York and has helped pass progressive economic measures in several states. “It puts an exclamation point on the need for $15 to be where the wage board ends up.”

The current minimum wage in New York State is $8.75, versus a federal minimum wage of $7.25, and will rise to $9 at the end of 2015. A little more than one-third of workers citywide and statewide now make below $15 an hour.

Los Angeles County is also considering a measure that would lift the wages of thousands of workers in unincorporated parts of the county.

Ok now watch your Mc Donalds orders be done at a kiosk and restaurants will be going out of business……

Retro of the day: Janet Jackson

Miss You Much” is a song recorded by American recording artist Janet Jackson, released as the lead single from Jackson’s fourth studio album, Rhythm Nation 1814 (1989). The song spent four weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it the longest-running number one of 1989. “Miss You Much” was the second-best selling single of 1989,[1] and the biggest radio airplay song of the year.[2] It is Jackson’s third longest running number-one single, behind “That’s The Way Love Goes“, and “All For You“, which spent eight and seven weeks respectively at #1.

The song received two Grammy Award nominations, and was awarded two American Music Awards and a Billboard Award for Top Hot 100 Single of the Year.

Its music video is considered iconic for its choreography and chair routine, and has been referenced by various artists. “Miss You Much” has inspired videos from Britney Spears, and was covered in the Korean film 200 Pounds Beauty, also being sampled by artists such as 50 Cent. The song inspired the title of VH1‘s “Miss You Much”, and was performed in the “Minstrel Krampus” episode of American Dad!.
