Attorney General Loretta Lynch: “Actions Predicated On Violent Talk” Toward Muslims “Will Be Prosecuted”

“My message not just to the Muslim community but to all Americans is ‘We cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on,'” Lynch said.

What backlashes? Americans have been slaughtered at a Christmas party in the cause of Allah. This is sharia enforcement. This is sedition by the Obama administration. This should not be the response of the wholesale slaughter of American “unbelievers.”

Loretta Lynch: “Actions Predicated On Violent Talk” Toward Muslims Will Be Prosecuted,” By John Stanton, BuzzFeed News, December 3, 2015 (thanks to Christian):

Speaking at Muslim Advocate’s 10th anniversary dinner, the attorney general said, “We cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on.”

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Thursday warned that the Justice Department could take aggressive action against people whose anti-Muslim rhetoric “edges towards violence” and told the Muslim community that “we stand with you in this.”

Speaking at Muslim Advocate’s 10th anniversary dinner, Lynch said since the terrorist attacks in Paris last month, she is increasingly concerned with the “incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric … that fear is my greatest fear.”

Following the Paris attacks, there has been an uptick in violent attacks on Muslims and threats against mosques across the country. That, combined with heated political rhetoric such as GOP presidential front runner Donald Trump’s call to register Muslim Americans, has Muslim community leaders worried that they could be facing a new era of discrimination.

Lynch made it clear that she shares those concerns, but vowed to use the DOJ to protect Muslims from discrimination and violence. Noting the rise in violence against Muslims and mosques in the wake of the Paris attacks, Lynch added that, “When we talk about the First amendment we [must] make it clear that actions predicated on violent talk are not American. They are not who we are, they are not what we do, and they will be prosecuted.”

“My message not just to the Muslim community but to all Americans is ‘We cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on,'” Lynch said.

2 Horses 2 different ways to ride…….

A 56-year-old man has been arrested in El Dorado County on charges he stole a horse back in January, then sexually assaulted another horse back in May.

Back on January 30, a horse was reported stolen from the stables of High Heart Ranch. The horse was later found in the Jayhawk Cemetery, dead from injuries inflicted at some point during the theft.

The community of Rescue had posted a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the horse’s death.

However, a second incident on May 16 helped authorities track down the suspected horsenapper.

In the second incident, several witnesses reported seeing a man trying to steal another horse – as well as sexually assaulting that horse.

The witnesses were able to help deputies identify 56-year-old homeless man Bryon Baker as the suspect. Deputies were later able link Baker to the earlier case.

Wednesday, investigators searched Baker’s motor home for evidence in the cases. Later that day, Baker was arrested under charges of grand theft of a horse, animal cruelty, attempted theft of a horse, and sexual assault on the second horse.

The Lake Chad region straddles the borders of Chad, Cameroon, Niger and Nigeria.

The area has been attacked repeatedly by the Boko Haram militant group, and the region is under a state of emergency.

As many as 17,000 people have been killed in the area since 2009, when Boko Haram began fighting authorities in a bid to impose Islamist rule in Northern Nigeria, reports the BBC.

The human rights organization Amnesty International says some 3,500 have been killed in the area so far in 2015. The Boko Haram group “continues to pose significant threat to the lives of civilians on an almost daily basis across northeast Nigeria and to the neighboring countries Cameroon, Chad and Niger,” the group says.

Nigerians relish new freedoms after reign of terror by Boko Haram militants

The swampy maze of islands in these border areas has become one of the main targets by Boko Haram because they can hide easily in waterways, reports Reuters.

Female terrorists are not new, but have been making headlines recently.

• Tashfeen Malik and her husband killed 14 people in San Bernardino on Wednesday.

• In a raid after the Paris attacks, a woman detonated explosives as police moved in, killing herself and a police dog named Diesel.

• Less than a month ago, Russia revealed that female suicide bombers had planned tosmuggle explosives in hand cream in a Sochi Olympics plot.

• A 14-year-old girl blew herself up at a mosque in Cameroon, Nov. 9, killing four. A second female suicide bomber was stopped.

Another suicide bombing killed three people in Chad on Nov. 9.

I wonder if the world has realized we are under attack yet?
