This is a legal document right? Not me just writing in a comment section where syntax errors are expected. Looks like she should reread what she writes. Then someone else checks it before it is published. She spelled “your” wrong at the end. Or used the the word “you” in a manner that doesn’t make sense.
After an acquittal can the DA legally write an opinion that basically says “You’re still guilty!” Is she still saying “We think you’re guilty and pay up the amount that we have determined!” Maybe she should write “Find a Catholic Church at go to confession because you are still guilty and I am telling God because I have exhausted all my resources!”
This was a communication from The DA in charge of AJ’s case, Dave Harris, to Frank Carson AJ’s lawyer.
They were trying to bluff AJ into a plea before his trial, it is a common tactic but was pretty feeble.
This was just before his trial started.
The feds were also trying the same thing. Any plea he might have taken would be used against him in the other case. another common tactic. As we all know AJ was acquitted on all charges and was never actually charged by the feds.
