How can extreme miscarriages of justice he stopped?

By Marty Carlson

there has been a lot of conversation recently on how to stop the misconduct that some people feel is occurring in many cases namely the Frank Carson et al case right now.

One of my extremely well-informed readers has been giving me information in regards to a writ of mandamus that can be filed in a court on the next level up from this Stanislaus Superior Court.

What is a writ of mandamus?

A (writ of) mandamus is an order from a court to an inferior government official ordering the government official to properly fulfill their official duties or correct an abuse of discretion

My first question was is how does it get paid for? And there are several possibilities like starting a go find me page which will take time to collect the money to hire an attorney to do such, or possibly for experiences sake have a second year law student draft the order. A second year law student should be able to craft the documents and the defendants can file them with the assistance of the respective counsels is one of the suggestions made.

To have a private attorney do this type of writ would be very expensive and at this point the very difficult to pay for. So the law student idea is probably the most feasible at this point. Maybe there’s a teacher or a student from someplace like McGeorge school of Law that could at least advise what would be needed to do such a writ, or be willing to do the rid themselves.

Anybody with any comments or suggestions is more than welcome to chime in and see if it is feasible in this case, and based on the description above I believe there is enough misconduct in this case to at least entertain this possibility if not have it be heard in an upper court.

My cousin just graduated from law school in MN. I’ll contact him today to see what he can do. He has been following the case, so hopefully he can help. -Tiffany

  2. Kat – Central California – I'm one of the peace and freedom loving tail end of the baby boomer generation. Unlike our early generation boomers, we are more compassionate, hate war, and wish to have peace on the planet. We are not prejudiced or racist and believe in justice and equality for all.
