Just to keep my readers informed Dawgs Blog has sent out requests for interviews with the candidates for Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office.

I will basically be using a generic question list for all three, as I am trying to get consistency in all the interviews and issues, but that is subject to change as the interview evolves.

The requests were just sent out, but I have received one response already, and Patrick Kolasinski, has already scheduled an interview this week. All interviews will be recorded and posted on my site in its entirety.

Feel free to send any questions you may want asked.

Dawgs Blog will make an endorsement after these interviews. Stay tuned.

  1. The candidates currently working at the DAs Office may have a legitimate concern that some of your questions may be too close to the facts of the Frank Carson case. They have an ethical obligation to not publicly comment on any active case. So, you might want to invite them to review the topics of inquiry before the interview to insure they feel comfortable with the subject matter of the questions you will be asking. Just a suggestion.

    • I would not be proper to reveal topics prior to interview as would not be appropriate and want it to be spontaneous. If there is an issue they cannot discuss then they can simply say so.

  2. I feel all voters have a right to ask any questions on whatever topic they choose. Now whether any candidate chooses to answer is up to them. Their are so many issues in the DA office right now going on I hope all voters think really hard on whom they vote for. Our Justice System is out of control and since elected officials at this time will not step up and put a stop to all the corruptness, all citizens need to start by getting more involved in who we elect into office to represent our county. It’s time people to stand up for our rights and stop being victims . Innocent people jailed while criminals set free on the streets to continue with their activities. Fladager needs to go.
