JUSTICE LONG OVERDUE IN STANISLAUS COUNTY 2
“S” Storm #2 is hitting on January 31, 2018
By Warren Yates
I am happy to report that I’ve been contacted by Mr. Gene Forte several days ago regarding the District Attorney’s Office trying to back out of the legal service of subpoenas for high muckity muck Dave Harris. Mr. Forte advised me that he has been contacted by Rob Taro of the Stanislaus County County Counsel’s Office regarding subpoenas for Dave Harris.
He stated that apparently there had been a misunderstanding (HAHAHA) and that Dave Harris would be MORE than happy to fully cooperate and comply regarding the legally served subpoenas that had been in question. Mr. Forte thanked me for my article “Cockroach on Board” and feels that my article may have in some small part been responsible for the change of attitude by the District Attorney’s Office and Dave Harris. Refer to “S” Storm #1.
There is no doubt in anyone’s mind the District Attorney’s Office closely monitors commentaries written by persons following the Frank Carson persecution. I will be providing proof of that in subsequent “S” Storm articles. My articles may not be as frequent as I would like due to some other pressing issues, but I will continue to write as I am able.
c : mischief
Let’s talk a little bit about this definition. I believe that when people in power have the ability to take away your freedom, incarcerate you bring you up on charges when you are INNOCENT, could be with the help of the
devil, thus deviltry.
Witchcraft, IF I did believe in voodoo, I would believe that the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office had a life-size voodoo doll with my picture pasted on the face imported from Haiti and placed in their office to allow certain members of their staff poke needles into it. About five of their staff immediately come to my mind.
I have noticed weird pains in certain parts of my body in the last two years or so. Some parts unmentionable. Conversely, I am sure I have been a pain in certain parts of their anatomy (If you get my drift where) and I don’t even have any voodoo dolls. Go figure! There is no question they do not like my commentaries as will be evidenced later in this article or in future “S” Storm articles.
Mischief. Mischief is filling a paper sack fresh dog poop on the front porch of a crabby neighbor, lighting it on fire, ringing the doorbell and running away and watch the crabby neighbor come out to stomp out the bag on fire and has a shoe covered in fresh dog poop. That’s mischief!
Wickedness, as stated above, when people with infinite power subject INNOCENT citizens to physical, mental, and financial abuse of that power, based on the perjured testimony of dregs of society seeking to mitigate and lessen their accountability for their crimes, and there are many such miscreants participating in this travesty, that is WICKEDNESS!!!.
Ecclesiastes 3:17 : I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every matter and for every work.
There was an old-time radio show that morphed into a TV series by the name of Mr. District Attorney. That series opened with an announcer stating: “Mr. District Attorney… Champion of the People… Defender of Truth… Guardian of our fundamental right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
Then the district attorney voice would respond: “And it shall be my duty as district attorney not only to prosecute to the limit of the law all persons accused of crimes perpetrated within this county but to defend with equal vigor the rights and privileges of all of its citizens.”
In listening to the introduction to that show, it leaves the citizens of Stanislaus County wondering how the Stanislaus County District Attorney could get that credo so terribly wrong. Fladager and some titular ranking U.S. Attorneys do not appear to know the difference between the wolves and the sheep. Of course, if you are one of the wolves, you become a pawn of your own depraved and villainous conduct.
In all the commentaries I’ve written in the past, they have involved either the persecution of the Carson 8 by a local unhinged district attorney or the persecution of Gene Forte by numerous recalcitrant (Def: obstinately defiant of authority or restraint) and substantially way less than honorable judges in the Eastern District federal court.
Some of those magistrates in Fresno who refuse to follow the Federal Rules of Court are: judge lawrence o’neill, judge dale droz, judge anthony ishii and magistrates sandra snyder and barbara mcauliffe. Oh, don’t worry. I’ll get around to Judge Zuniga here in Stanislaus County in Department 4. As those of you who regularly read my commentaries know, if I have no respect for someone I do not capitalize their names. The jury is still out on Judge Zuniga, so I am leaving her name capitalized for now, but that could all change. Stay tuned to find out.
With today’s headlines we know that the FBI has come under scrutiny for misconduct. With the firing of james Commie, whoops, darned spell-check, I mean comey, it has opened up a pus filled festering boil of illegal abuse of the power we spoke of earlier. I do want to go on record here as saying that the rank-and-file members of the FBI are honorable, dedicated, hard-working and honest agents putting their lives on the line to protect our country from adversaries worldwide.
Normally illegal conduct begins at the top and some manages to work its way down. A couple years ago when I was assisting Mr. Forte I had occasion to call the Fresno office of the FBI to reports of irregularities in Mr. Forte’s case. They were very cordial with me until I mentioned the name Gene Forte. Upon hearing that, they immediately hung up in my face. The call was recorded and I am looking for the recording to put online.
I was present when Mr. Forte made several calls to the FBI. The calls were recorded and one of the agents who answered when Mr. Forte identified himself said that lead US attorney Benjamin Wagner had left instructions that no one in the FBI office was to talk to Mr. Forte. Stunned, that is when I made my call to the FBI and was hung up on.
These instances prove that there is corruption in the upper levels of law enforcement agencies. Former Orange County California Sheriff Mike Carona was sent to prison for illegal conduct. Former Assistant Sheriff George Jaramillo stood somberly before a judge Monday and ended nearly three years of defending himself against public corruption charges with two words: “no contest.”
Jaramillo, once considered a front-runner to succeed Orange County Sheriff Michael Carona, folded his hands in front of him and agreed to accept a one-year jail term. So, both the number one and number two leaders of the Sheriff’s Department end up going to prison or jail.
Another example: retired Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca pleaded guilty Wednesday to lying to federal investigators, a stunning reversal for the longtime law enforcement leader who four years insisted he played no role in the misconduct that tarnished his agency.
Baca’s plea in a downtown courtroom capped a string of prosecutions that began with low ranking officials and worked up the chain of command.
His former No. 2, Paul Tanaka, is scheduled to stand trial in March on charges that he obstructed a federal investigation into brutality and corruption by sheriff’s deputies in the county jails.
So, we have corrupt james Commie, whoops, darned spell-check again, I mean comey, being fired. Now we have his number two-man Andrew McCabe who is suddenly leaving the FBI. Seems like when the sky starts falling things turn to crap. “Oh my” Chicken Little screamed, “The sky is falling. The sky is falling.” And all the kings horses and all the kings men couldn’t put this guy up again. HAHAHAHA!! Yes I know I get the fairytales mixed up. But Humpty Dumpty didn’t get put back together again neither did he?HAHAHAHAHA!!
So here in Stanislaus County we have the HEAD of a law enforcement agency, the district attorney and who might her No. 2 be? Dave Harris? John Goold? Douglas Raynaud? There’s an old saying that says history has a way of repeating itself. What do you think? Just saying…
Okay that’s all the fun for now. But there’s so much more to come so keep checking back. Thank you for your interest.
