If judges do not have the legal authority to put time limits on the presentation of evidence, then almost every judge in America, except Judge Z is breaking the law. I would have loved to see Marlissa argue this issue before the appeals court had Judge Z decided against her…
Marlissa: “May it please the court, today I am going to explain to you why a court may not place time limits on an attorney’s presentation of a case.”
Appeals court judge: “You have 15 minutes.”
