N.Y. GOVERNOR CUOMO AND HISNIPPLES, Governor Andrew Cuomo is looked upon as a true leader in his state of New York amid the coronavirus pandemic, and while residents dutifully watch his daily press conferences for updates on COVID-19, users online have noticed something else about the famous politician.
In photos from Governor Cuomos’s press briefing held a the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, which is being turned into a hospital to help fight coronavirus cases, it appeared as if he had his right nipple pierced as viewed through his white shirt. While Cuomo requested authorization for four additional hospital sites amid the coronavirus outbreak, as New York has tragically become America’s hot zone of COVID-19, users online couldn’t help but wonder if the man who’s been Governor of New York since 2011 got his nipple pierced.
N.Y. GOVERNOR CUOMO AND HIS NIPPLES
However, not everyone is convinced the image proves Governor Cuomo’s nipples are pierced. One user zoomed in real close on the picture which kickstarted the line of questioning online and came to the conclusion that he might just have an irregular shaped nipple.

DIPSHIDIOT OF THE DAY: THE COWARDLY ROBBER ,LAS VEGAS METRO POLICE POSTED THIS VIDEO OF A ROBBERY OF A ELDERLY FEMALE LAST SATURDAY 3-28-2020. THE ATTACK OCCURRED IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS IN THE 4400 BLOCK OF WEST SIRIUS. NOTICE TOO THE ATTACK CAME FROM BEHIND IN A VERY COWARDLY MANNER
TAKE A GOOD LOOK ANYONE KNOW THIS COWARDLY SHITHEAD?
It’s good to have a goal in life, but the one purportedly expressed by a woman in Warsaw, Poland, may be a stretch.
Ania Lisewska, 21, is allegedly attempting to travel to every city in the world so she can have sex with at least 100,000 men for 20 minutes each.
“I want men from Poland, Europe and all around the world. I love sex, fun and men,” she said, according to the Austrian Times. “In Poland the subject of sex is still taboo and anyone who wants to fulfill their sexual fantasies is considered a deviant, a whore or mentally ill.”
The story raises eyebrows for a number of reasons. First, Lisewska’s website isn’t working properly except for the front page.
In addition, she has not responded to media requests.
Then there is the nature of the quest itself. Having sex with 100,000 people for 20 minutes each would take a person more than 3.8 years — and that’s only if they went at it day and night without breaks for sleep, food or personal hygiene.
Another reason to be skeptical: Many of the media stories about Lisewska suggest she is attempting to get her erotic efforts recognized by Guinness World Records. The organization has never adjudicated sexually-oriented records.
NEWS OF THE WEIRD & CRAZY CHICKS
Lisewska is now claiming to be the victim of foul play on her Facebook page. She claims it was hacked by someone who posted she had AIDS, which she denied by posting test results on the page.
Pott v. Lazarin Anti-SLAPP Case: Reversed in Full Opinion of the 6th Appellate District Court of Appeal – Trial Court Judge Mary Arand
Appellant Michael Lazarin appeals from the superior court’s order denying his Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16 motion to strike a Civil Code section 3344.1 cause of action brought by respondents Lawrence and Sheila Pott (the Potts). Civil Code section 3344.1 prohibits certain unauthorized uses of the name or likeness of a “deceased personality.” The Potts alleged that Lazarin had used their deceased daughter Audrie’s name and likeness in Facebook posts and at a press conference. Lazarin contends that the Potts’ cause of action targeted his protected speech and that they could not show a probability of prevailing because his speech did not come within the ambit of that statute. We agree and reverse the superior court’s order.
‘Dance with the Pope’ virus warning is just a hoax
FACEBOOK HOAX OF THE DAY
Warnings describing a virus that has been disguised as a video called ‘Dance with the Pope’ is spreading across the Internet since 2014.
According to the warning, “accepting” the video results in a complete format of your mobile phone. Most variants of the warning assert that the virus warning was “announced on the radio today”. Others variants change the word “pope” to “hillary” (which was popular during the 2016 presidential election.) Other variants of the hoax attach it to another hoax warning of a hacker called “Jessica Christopher Davies”.
Whilst this hoax is spreading in a number of different variants, this one below appears to among the most common –
Tell all contacts from your list not to accept a video called the “Dance of the Pope”. It is a virus that formats your mobile. Beware it is very dangerous. They announced it today on the radio. Fwd this msg to as many as you can!
This warning – along with its different variants – appear all to be hoaxes. The Internet is littered with spoof virus hoaxes, a niche of online nonsense that has the dubious honour of being among the first types of hoaxes to fool the masses on the Internet. This specific version appears to merely be a continuation of this type of nonsense.
These rumours often attempt to gain credibility by asserting that the virus has been announced by the media or authorities, and in this instance the claim that it has been “on the radio” is used, but rather conveniently lacking the most important information – what radio station and when. Information that would be invaluable when trying to confirm the validity of the claims.
Ultimately this is just another baseless warning, detailing a virus that simply does not exist. We have been unable to find anyone who has actually been infected with a virus described in the message, just people who claim it happened to a “friend of a friend”, and the warning fails to describe what it means by “accepting a video” which in itself is a rather ambiguous phrase.
Of course you should be careful when downloading files or opening attachments on either your mobile or desktop, but spreading misleading and vague information like this warning is just counterproductive.
While families’ cats and dogs are enjoying the upside of spending days with their owners working from home during the coronavirus shutdown, COYOTES WANDERING SAN FRANCISCO are reportedly also taking advantage of the benefits of a suddenly empty city.
There have been several recent fake stories circulating about unusual wildlife showing up in cities during the global pandemic, including news from Italy of dolphins swimming in the historic canals of Venice and a gang of happy drunk elephants in the Yunnan province of China that was also debunked. A surge in coyotes wandering the streets of San Francisco is a little less far-fetched.
There has been an increase in coyotes in the city over recent years. In February KQED reported that they were thought to be recolonizing the places they used to inhabit abundantly after being nearly wiped out through poisoning and hunting from the ’40s onwards. After years of zero sightings in San Francisco, a coyote was seen in the Presidio in 2002, thought to have been brought over from a trapper in the North Bay or possibly even making its way alone over the Golden Gate Bridge. Since then numbers have continued to rise.
As San Franciscans get through their second week of sheltering in place, coyotes are seemingly enjoying the newfound space on the street.

A kind-hearted police officer in North Carolina was spotted selflessly taking a moment out of his day to share lunch with a homeless woman.
OFFICER-HOMELESS LADY AND PIZZA
Officer Michael Rivers of the Goldsboro Police Department in North Carolina was on duty when he came across a homeless lady he hadn’t seen before, despite working as a cop for nearly a decade.
The officer said the woman’s shirt, which read ‘HOMELESS. THE FASTEST WAY TO BECOMING A NOBODY,’ was what initially caught his eye as he drove by her.
He had his windows down, so the two made eye contact and acknowledged each other with a simple, “hey,” and then he drove off. But something kept tugging at him to go back.
Rivers told CNN:
“God put it on my heart to get her lunch. So I turned around, and I asked her, ‘Hey, did you eat today?’ And she said, ‘No.'”
He then went and bought some pepperoni and cheese pizzas and returned to sit down with the woman by the side of the road, who identified herself as Michelle.
As the two were chatting, the moment was caught on camera by passer-b, Cassie Lea Parker, whose husband Chris Barnes subsequently shared the photo on social media.
“Cassie was out on her lunch break and observed Goldsboro’s Finest enjoying lunch with a homeless person.”
“Law enforcement does so much for our community, with a lot of it going unnoticed. We see you, Goldsboro P.D. Keep up the good work.”
Rivers was indeed doing good work as he spoke to the woman at length and discovered that she has a 12-year-old daughter battling liver disease and in foster care, as well as a 23-year-old son.
Her husband, also homeless, stood across the street while the two ate and talked.
Rivers felt that both police officers and the homeless are perhaps closer in their perceptions of the world than most think.
The homeless, he said, are often shunned by society, and criticized for bringing the situation on themselves.
‘Homeless people are just people who are down on their luck. It can happen to anybody.”
He also felt that cops were viewed negatively, simply focusing on the ‘bad apple.’
“I come to work and my method is, ‘Who can I bless today? Who can I make smile?’ I’m not the one that wants to take somebody’s father or mother and put them in jail.”
The photo of Rivers and the homeless woman has also caught the attention of Rivers’ senior Police Chief, Michael West, who congratulated his charge on his humanitarian approach to the beat.
West told CNN:
“The circumstances around our job are often an unpleasant call to service, but this picture just shows we’re human like anyone else, and any chance we get to serve the community and help people, we take that chance.”
“I’m very fortunate to have Officer Rivers in our department.”

HOMELAND SECURITY ON GUNS AS ESSENTIAL-The Trump administration issued a guidance hat said the firearm industry should be allowed to remain open during the coronavirus pandemic.
A memo released Saturday by the Homeland Security Department said workers supporting the operation of firearm or ammunition product manufacturers, retailers, importers, distributors, and shooting ranges are part of its “essential critical infrastructure workforce” advisory list during the COVID-19 response effort.
Besides the section for law enforcement, public, safety and other first responders under which the firearm industry fell, the long advisory list also included sections for healthcare/public health, food and agriculture, energy, water and wastewater, transportation and logistics, and many others. DHS developed the list in collaboration with other federal agencies, state and local governments, and the private sector.
Several states including California, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts have deemed gun stores to be “non-essential” businesses during the coronavirus pandemic, forcing the shops to shutter. The National Rifle Association and several other gun rights groups filed a lawsuit against the state of California, alleging such closures violate the Second Amendment rights of the state’s citizens.
Other states such as Ohio, Illinois and Michigan have classified these businesses as essential and allowed the stores to remain open under the “stay at home” state-wide orders.
Several states, including California, had seen a surge in gun purchases since the outbreak began.
HOMELAND SECURITY ON GUNS AS ESSENTIAL
The memo from Christopher Krebs, director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, said the list is “advisory in nature. It is not, nor should it be considered, a federal directive or standard.”
Still, the National Shooting Sports Foundation applauded the move.
“We are deeply appreciative to the Trump Administration and Department of Homeland Security for recognizing the vital role our industry fulfills in our nation,” Lawrence Keane, senior vice president and general counsel for the firearm industry trade association, said in a statement.
“We have seen over the past week hundreds of thousands, even millions of Americans choosing to exercise their right to keep and bear arms to ensure their safety and the safety of loved ones during these uncertain times. Americans must not be denied the ability to exercise that right to lawfully purchase and acquire firearms during times of emergency,” he added.
DAWG SAYS: SOME EXTREME RIGHT-WING SITES ARE SAYING THAT GUN SHOPS ARE ESSENTIAL, BUT THIS MEMO SAYS IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THEY STAY OPEN. PERSONALLY, I THINK THERE IS A STRONG FEELING AMONG MANY PEOPLE ON BOTH SIDES TO PROTECT THEMSELVES.
NEWSOME RELEASES INCLUDES MURDERERS: Many of those given clemency or pardons were under age 26 at the time of their crimes, and they have since participated in rehabilitation programs.
NEWSOME RELEASES INCLUDES MURDERERS:
California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday pardoned five people who already served their time and commuted the sentences of 21 state prison inmates, including more than a dozen convicted of murder or related crimes. The victims were children in two of the cases and a pregnant woman in a third.
The clemency requests were being considered before the coronavirus crisis, “and, as resources permitted, the governor decided to move forward with them,” spokeswoman Vicky Waters said in an email.
Attorneys representing inmates this week asked federal judges to free thousands of inmates to help prisons better confront the pandemic, which has sickened one inmate and 12 employees. Newsom said mass inmate releases would further burden strained community health care systems and homelessness programs. But he stopped transfers into the system for 30 days.
Aside from his usual consideration of public safety and justice factors, Waters said that because of the pandemic, the governor “also considered the public health impact of each grant, as well as each inmate’s individual health status and the suitability of their post-release plans, including housing.”
Most people infected with coronavirus have mild or moderate symptoms, but it can cause more severe illness, including pneumonia and death, for some, especially older adults and people with existing health problems.
Many of those given clemency or pardons were under age 26 at the time of their crimes, and they have since participated in rehabilitation programs, Waters said. Most of the commutations allow inmates to seek parole, but release decisions will still be made by the Board of Parole Hearings.
Newsom’s commutations include include 14 inmates convicted of murder or related crimes.
Suzanne Johnson, 75, of San Diego County, has served 22 years for assault on a child causing death, while 64-year-old Joann Parks of Los Angeles County, has served 27 years but denies setting a fire in her home that resulted in the deaths of her three young children.
Rodney McNeal, 50, of San Bernardino County, has served 22 years for fatally stabbing his pregnant wife, a crime he also denies.
NEWSOM RELEASES INCLUDES MURDERERS:
— Kristopher Blehm, 35, of Santa Barbara County, has served nearly 12 years for helping murder his crime partner’s romantic rival.
— Steven Bradley, 56, of Kern County, has served 32 years for killing a gas station attendant during a robbery.ADVERTISEMENT
— Jason Bryant, 40, of Shasta County, has served 20 years for armed robberies in which one victim was fatally shot by an accomplice.
— Rosemary Dyer, 67, of Los Angeles County, has served more than 33 years for fatally shooting her husband.
— Samuel Eldredge, 61, of Humboldt County, has served 25 years for fatally shooting his crime partner’s housemate.
— Richard Flowers, 64, of Tulare County, has served more than 25 years for killing a woman during a robbery.
— Robert Glass, 48, of Los Angeles County, has served more than 26 years for murder during a burglary.
— James Harris, 56, of Los Angeles County, has served more than 30 years for a drug sales-related kidnapping and the murder of two victims.
— David Jassy, 45, Los Angeles County, has served 11 years for killing a man during an altercation.
— Shyrl Lamar, 68, of Sacramento County, participated in a robbery in which her crime partner fatally stabbed two victims.
— Ramon Rodriguez, 49, of Los Angeles County, has served 22 years after he was paid to kill the victim.
Two of the pardons are intended to help lawful immigrants who face the possibility of being deported based on crimes they committed years ago. Waters said that would be “an unjust collateral consequence that would harm their families and communities.”
One is Tri Thai, who the governor’s office said was age 18 in 1994 when he was convicted of receiving stolen property and age 21 when he was convicted of a gang-related assault with a firearm, second degree burglary, and attempting to dissuade a witness.
The other is Monsuru Tijani, who was convicted of perjury in 1986, check fraud in 1991, submitting false financial statements in 1995, and submitting false financial statements in 1999. The governor’s office said he “has turned his life around,” but he faces religious persecution and possible incarceration if he is deported to Nigeria because of his conversion to Christianity.
The remaining three pardons are all Los Angeles County cases.
Gabriel Garcia and Shannon Thomas-Bland were separately convicted of drug offenses in their early to mid-20s about three decades ago. Brenda Ibanez robbed two convenience stores in 1999, and in 2005 she tried to buy motorcycles with a fake driver’s license.
FORMER DAWGS BLOG DIPSHIT OF THE DAY RECIPIENT KATHY GRIFFEN STILL ATTENTION STARVED, AND ON THE ATTACK AGAINWHILEIN HOSPITAL, AND LASHES OUT AT TRUMP
See previous articles here:
On Wednesday morning, President Trump tweeted, “Just reported that the United States has done far more ‘testing’ than any other nation, by far! In fact, over an eight-day span, the United States now does more testing than what South Korea (which has been a very successful tester) does over an eight-week span. Great job!”
Just reported that the United States has done far more “testing” than any other nation, by far! In fact, over an eight day span, the United States now does more testing than what South Korea (which has been a very successful tester) does over an eight week span. Great job!
Five hours later, comedienne, sometime CNN guest, and infamous Trump critic Kathy Griffin tweeted along with a selfie from a hospital bed that she couldn’t get tested for coronavirus because of the Trump administration.
KATHY GRIFFEN STILL ATTENTION STARVED
“He’s lying,” Griffin wrote. “I was sent to the #COVID19 isolation ward room in a major hospital ER from a separate urgent care facility after showing UNBEARABLY PAINFUL symptoms. The hospital couldn’t test me for #coronavirus because of CDC (Pence task force) restrictions. #TESTTESTTEST.”
Griffin’s claim was immediately disputed on social media. Attorney Margot Clevelend, former full-time faculty member and current adjunct professor at the college of business at the University of Notre Dame, snapped, “So, we know this is false because the CDC ‘guidelines’ are clear doctors have discretion to order the test, which makes me wonder: Do the doctors think @kathygriffin: A) is a publicity hound? B) Has Munchausen Syndrome?”

Clinicians considering testing of persons with possible COVID-19 should continue to work with their local and state health departments to coordinate testing through public health laboratories, or use COVID-19 diagnostic testing, authorized by the Food and Drug Administration under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) through clinical laboratories. Increasing testing capacity will allow clinicians to consider COVID-19 testing for a wider group of symptomatic patients.
Clinicians should use their judgment to determine if a patient has signs and symptoms compatible with COVID-19 and whether the patient should be tested. Most patients with confirmed COVID-19 have developed fever1 and/or symptoms of acute respiratory illness (e.g., cough, difficulty breathing). Priorities for testing include:
Other considerations that may guide testing are epidemiologic factors such as the occurrence of local community transmission of COVID-19 infections in a jurisdiction. Clinicians are strongly encouraged to test for other causes of respiratory illness.
Also, Griffin’s wild claim that the CDC and Vice-President Pence’s coronavirus task force are one and the same is patently false.
Griffin has had issues with President Trump since he first came into office. After Trump’s address to Congress in February 2017, Griffin told MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, “I’m a big resister and I don’t believe in compromise with this president. I also think he’s crazy. I think he’s mentally ill. He’s also an idiot.”
In May 2017, she infamously posed with a gory, bloody, decapitated head of Trump. She apologized soon after the incident, but by August 2017 she had resumed her defiant attitude, telling Australia’s “Sunrise Live” that she wasn’t sorry for the infamous photo of her, saying, “I’m no longer sorry. The whole outrage was B.S. The whole thing got so blown out of proportion.”
In March 2018, appearing with host Bill Maher on HBO’s Real Time, Griffin joked that her next photoshoot would feature Mike Pence’s severed head, adding, “Just kidding! Ten months I waited to do that joke. Ten months!”

DEMOCRATS ADMIT BLOCKING LEGISLATION TO KEEP TRUMP FROM HAVING A “WIN.”
Rep. Mikie Sherrill (D., N.J.) expressed frustration with her Democratic colleagues at a recent town hall, admitting they block legislation because they “THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE TRUMP A “WIN” Speaking at a Livingston, New Jersey, town hall on Thursday, Sherrill revealed the “shockingly different mindset” of congressional Democrats who prioritize resisting President Donald Trump over passing legislation that could help their constituents.
“When I go, you know, I’ve gone up to people and said, ‘I need to get this piece of legislation passed,’ and they say ‘Oh yeah, we just passed it,'” Sherrill said. “I said, ‘Yeah, we just passed it. I need the Senate to pass it and I need the president to sign it,’ and they said ‘Well, we don’t want to give the president a win.'”
Sherrill’s comments contrast with Democrats’ longstanding criticism of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) for blocking Democratic initiatives in the Senate. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) unveiled a visual representation of McConnell’s “legislative graveyard” in June, accusing the Kentucky Republican of blocking legislation for political gain.
“Leader McConnell seems to take great pride in calling himself ‘The Grim Reaper.’ It’s part of his political campaign, it’s part of the pride he takes as leader of the Senate,” Pelosi said. “The Senate will certainly be hearing from the public on issues, values really, that have bipartisan support across America.”
According to National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Michael McAdams, Sherrill’s admission contradicts Democrats’ push for bipartisanship in the Republican-held Senate.
“Mikie Sherrill’s comments confirm that House Democrats THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE TRUMP A “WIN”than deliver solutions for their constituents,” McAdams said. “Voters deserve better than this partisan hackery.”
Sherrill in 2018 became the first Democrat elected to her suburban New Jersey district, which Trump won narrowly in 2016, in more than 30 years. She will likely face Republican challenger and tax policy attorney Rosemary Becchi in November.

MEXICAN PROTESTERS HAVE SHUT A SOUTHERN BORDER CROSSING AMID FEAR OF COVID-19
MAYBE MEXICO NOW WANTS THAT WALL!
Residents in Sonora, south of the US state of Arizona, have promised to block traffic into Mexico for a second day after closing a checkpoint for hours on Wednesday.
They wore face masks and held signs telling Americans to “stay at home”.
Mexico has fewer than 500 confirmed Covid-19 cases and the US over 65,000.
The border is supposed to be closed to all except “essential” business, but protesters said there has been little enforcement and no testing by authorities.
The blockade was led by members of the group Sonorans for Health and Life, who called for medical testing to be done on anyone who crosses from the US into Mexico.
Jose Luis Hernandez, a group member, told the Arizona Republic: “There are no health screenings by the federal government to deal with this pandemic. That’s why we’re here in Nogales. We’ve taken this action to call on the Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador to act now.”
The Mexican president has been criticized for his response to the pandemic, as has US President Donald Trump.
Mr Hernandez said the Wednesday demonstrations were a “first warning” to Mr Lopez Obrador, popularly known by his initials, Amlo.
The group has called for enforcement of the crossing ban on all US or Mexican citizens for tourism or medical reasons, including those who cross the border every day to attend school or work in the US. MAYBE MEXICO NOW WANTS THAT WALL!
Authorities must also conduct medical testing on Mexicans deported from the US, they said.
The group have vowed to block the DeConcini checkpoint again after shutting it down on Wednesday afternoon.
President Trump has made cutting the number of people crossing the border from Mexico into the US a centerpiece of his administration. He blames border-crossers from the south for bringing economic and social problems into the US.
He announced last week that the frontier was to close due to coronavirus.
the border, Arizona has recorded over 400 infections and has reported one Covid-19 death in every county bordering Mexico, according to the Republic. The US has the third highest number of recorded infections from the coronavirus in the world.
Sonora has only recorded four cases state-wide. The first case was confirmed on 16 March as an elderly man who had recently returned from the US.
