The California State Legislature wants you to trust the government, not the experts
A bill that could strip healthcare professionals who disseminate COVID-19 “misinformation or disinformation” of their medical licenses passed the California State Assembly with a 53-20 vote Thursday, moving it forward to the state Senate.
California’s AB-2098, introduced by Assemblyman Evan Low, a Democrat, designates the promotion of COVID-19 misinformation as “unprofessional conduct” meriting disciplinary action by the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California.
Cited in the bill is a July 2021 statement from the Federation of State Medical Boards’ Board of Directors, which informed physicians that spreading “inaccurate COVID vaccine” information would put them at risk of losing their licenses. AB-2098 would make that statement California law.
“Major news outlets have reported that some of the most dangerous propagators of inaccurate information regarding the COVID vaccines are licensed health care professionals,” the bill reads.

Yet, one more attempt by the stupid California legislature to take away fundamental rights. Here is the deal. They think like Fladager used to think. They think they are immune. Well, not really. Although a legislator cannot be sued for making an unconstitutional law (except for an injunction), their appointed henchmen can be. So, when their administrative agencies and law enforcement and their pro tam lawyers act to enforce their frivolous, unconstitutional legislation, they can be sued for violation of rights under 42USC1983. And check this out. When the SCOTUS rules a law unconstitutional, the ruling is retroactive. Thus, what has gone around will come around. Karma is real, and she is a bitch. Man, would I love to be a lawyer involved n one of those lawsuits.

What does one do when going to a MD or OD for help with a problem and the medic does not OR can not respond to your problem because some legislator(s) have not approved the appropriate diagnosis? Who would be the final arbiter of what is acceptable? The CDC, Fauci, Brix, dler, Kamala, Nadler ?????
