Zaon Collins, 19, is accused of driving under the influence and reckless driving resulting in death after he was involved in a crash that killed the driver of another car on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020. Collins reportedly tested positive for meth twice as his deadly DUI case moves through the courts.

According to local reports, a Las Vegas judge declined to put Collins back in jail.

Prosecutors asked a judge to raise his bail after meth was detected in Collins’ sweat on May 16th and May 31st.

His attorney denies he used meth and says they have doubts about the accuracy of the drug tests.

Collins is accused of killing 52-year-old Eric Echevarria after allegedly crashing into him impaired at 88 miles per hour.

The judge says Collins will now be subject to random blood tests.

DAWG SAYS: RANDOM TESTS? THEY HAVE 2 ALREADY AND HE STILL DID NOT REMAND HIM.
