Black Lives Matter activist: Teens have been having ‘fights involving knives for eons’, so, police don’t need to use weapons

 

A Black Lives Matter supporter and activist by the name of Bree Newsome tried to pass off and normalize teenagers having deadly knife fights in a tweet from April 20th.

This ridiculous sentiment was in response to the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Columbus, Ohio on April 20th where an officer fatally shot a teen that appeared to be armed with a knife and who was about to stab another young girl.
